Exceptional house in the heart of the Jura and its vineyards located on the outskirts of Arbois, a must-see Jurassian town. Ideally located to discover the region, its waterfalls, lakes and all the beauties so characteristic of this department.
The property is composed of 2 houses, one being made available for our guests and the one where we live. The 2 houses are separated and independent.
Throughout your stay, you will be guided by Xavier & Valérie and their son.
The space
All about our accommodation:
The property is located in Les Arsures at 39600 and has a total area of 40 ares or 4000 m2.
The accommodation that will be made available to you has a total area of 220 m2. It is conveniently located in a quiet and warm village close to the iconic city of Louis Pasteur "Arbois".
The accommodation offers a private garage to park your vehicle and a large paved courtyard to park several vehicles.
On the ground floor of the accommodation, you will have access to a large open and bright living room including the living room open to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as access to bathrooms. The ground floor also consists of a double bedroom with open bathroom (bathtub) and double sink.
The upper floor of the accommodation consists of a large living room with a second living room and a workspace (office), a piano, 2 new double bedrooms and a bathroom with a new toilet. The upper bathroom has a jet shower and 2 additional sinks. The second bedroom is also equipped with a balcony. Finally, the upper living room also consists of a sofa bed allowing 2 additional people to sleep, thus going from 6 to 8 guests.
The exterior allows access to a private terrace of about 40 m2 with direct access to part of the garden. The other part of the terrace is shared with the property owners. Access to the pool (5 meters wide – 10 meters long) is possible whenever you want, provided the pool is in water and accessible during the rental period (May-September). This is a convenience pool (likely to be used by the hosts as well). The Pool-House located at the end of the pool is not available to guests. Access to the pool is possible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. In the other time slots, it is closed.

PS: Noisy parties are not allowed in the accommodation and it is recommended to have sound respect for the neighborhood from 11pm (the area being in the countryside).
