Soak in the old house charm with a new world spin! This 1911 Elko home features 3 large bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Upon entering you are greeted with a cozy living room, gas fireplace and french doors into the sun room. The kitchen has been completely updated to offer the chefs dream! A gas cook top, double ovens and an oversized sink. Both main bedrooms offer king size beds and dressers. The third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds. Host/Owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Nevada

The space
This home was completely remodeled in 2021 offering updated selections throughout. The main living area features a gas fireplace and plenty of seating to enjoy a movie around the TV. The sun room is located just off the living area and has 7 large picture windows plus seating to enjoy the view of the outside neighborhood. The dining room and kitchen are open concept and are great for entertaining. The kitchen features double ovens, gas cooktop, refrigerator and a dishwasher. There is also a laundry room just off the kitchen. Bedroom 1 features a king size bed, dresser and closet. Bedroom 2 offers a king size bed, dresser and closet and bedroom 3 offers two sets of single bunk beds. The main and only bathroom has a large walk in shower that includes toiletries for your stay. Relax on the outdoor patio with lounge furniture, gas fireplit and a BBQ. There is also plenty of street parking and one off street parking spot in front of the garage.
