This mid century bungalow is ideally suited for professionals needing to commute to downtown, travelers needing a gateway to the Rockies, students or other professionals. The space includes use of all the common spaces, and comes with 1 bedroom and a study on the main level. Additionally, there is a second bedroom in the lower level private living space that is also available for the guests use. Washrooms are available on both levels and are well stocked.
The home is centrally located and is a 15 min drive from downtown. Transit options include a 3 minute walk from the nearest bus stop with 3 lines servicing direct connections to C-train stops, U of C, MRU and major shopping centers. The nearest stores are only a 5 minute walk, and include grocery stores, convenience stores, banks, and the famous Glamorgan bakery.
In home amenities includes secure Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house, TVs on both levels with Netflix and media boxes, laundry facilities, anytime access to a coffee/tea station in the kitchen, access to a outdoor gas BBQ (till 10 pm).
The space will be professionally cleaned after each stay and you can expect a high level of cleaniliness as you arrive for the stay. You will have access to most of the amenities within the space with exception to the master bedroom (locked), the garage, the wood stove in the living room and the fire pit in the backyard.
Interaction with guests
The owner travels most of the time so likely you will have the space to yourself. The owner has a week on/week off work schedule so you may see him if he's in town. For bookings made with enough notice, you will be notified if the owner is expected to be in town.
Other things to note
-There is a ZERO tolerance policy for torrenting/illegally downloading stuff. Internet traffic is monitored to flag visits to torrenting sites. Engaging in torrenting/illegal downloading activities will be considered a violation of the house rules, and may be grounds for eviction.
-House has an alarm system but you will be briefed on how to use it.
-If anything needs attention, please let us know and we will do my best to address your concern
-In case of back to back bookings the suggested check in time is 11 am and suggested check out time is 9 am. We will strive to make the check in and check out process as smooth as possible for guests.
