This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
A spacious annexe in the peaceful village of Nether Compton, conveniently located between Yeovil and Sherborne.
Simple but comfortable accommodation with open plan living room- kitchen. Includes small oven/hob, kettle, microwave, washing machine. Separate bathroom with shower unit, toilet and sink. Upstairs a brand new kingsize bed and storage area. WIFI: 35 megabits/sec download. 8 Upload. Parking space on driveway and outdoor seating area

Downstairs has an open plan living room, kitchen area, separate bathroom and shower unit.
Upstairs has a bedroom with kingsize double bed and storage.

Guest access
The Annexe is a self contained property situated at the end of the driveway of the owners house. 24/7 Access to annexe and parking space via driveway.

Other things to note
In august 2022 a guest complained about a smell of oil in the property- this has been rectified as the boiler has recently been serviced and is running effectively. There have been no further issues reported by guests relating to the boiler and we have not been aware of any malodours since servicing.
