Other things to note
Please read the House Manual before you arrive. There we attempt to explain everything that we feel is important for you know so that you can make the most out of your stay.
This is a family owned cottage that we designed and built ourselves with the help of carpenters in 2008-2009. We expect guests to take good care of it. No more than six guests are allowed.
The cottage will be cleaned by us but you should leave the house in the order it was when you checked in, tableware washed, trash in the containers that are located just outside the mobile gate, and the hot tub securely strapped.
Please do not wash the linens (sheet sets). If you need to change them please use the spare ones in the cabinets/drawers and inform us so we can plan accordingly. We are very particular about how, with what and on which program and temperature they are washed :-)
During the winter you should NOT turn the heaters all the way down when you check out. If temp goes below 0C (32F) the water in the pipes could freeze and the pipes explode.
More details in the House Manual that you get access to when we have accepted your reservation.

Enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially in our wonderful cottage that Palmi designed and built in 2008 with the help of carpenters.
A couple of years ago, a few months after our youngest son was born, we decided to share our cottage with people from all over the world to help cover the cost of running two homes. A true "win-win" situation, especially since it has worked really well so far :-)
