Welcome to your home away from home! All the features you need and want in an awesome apartment in a fantastic location. Simple, clean, modern decor yet warm and welcoming. Full open concept kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, and full size fridge, stove and microwave.

Close to everything! Centrally located in the heart of Vancouver. No need to drive while you are here, just walk a couple blocks and you are at the beach, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, transit, the business district, etc yet in a surprisingly quiet area.

My place has all the comforts of home. 42" LCD flatscreen, highspeed wi-fi internet and cable with dozens of music channels, high quality appliances are like new with all the bells and whistles to cook with. The little luxuries include a big comfortable queen bed, fluffy towels, and a lot more space than the average hotel room. There are nice laundry facilities in the building and you can do several large loads at the same time.

The location of the apartment was perfect, it was very close to English Bay and a less than a 30 min walk to everything downtown. The apartment is just as pictured and it was very clean. The bed is also very comfortable, a huge plus after a day biking around Stanley Park or climbing the Grouse Grind. Heath was also very good at communicating with us and often responded to our questions in less than 5 mins. We had an amazing stay in Vancouver and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was just as he said it would be, because we arrived earlier in the day he was able to accommodate us by leaving the key somewhere and there was absolutely no problems with getting it. Honestly, there wasn't a single issue with the place. We are already thinking of a return. It's so close to the beach and to Davie Street and Robson, every day we were there it was easy to get up and get started on our adventures. There's a fantastic bike rental right around the corner too. One of the best features was the rare gem of a rooftop garden, we were fortunate enough to be there in a summer heatwave and the panoramic rooftop view, and breeze, was a real joy to have. We really recommend it. Thanks Heath.

I stayed at Heath's place for three months and I didn't have to buy anything to make my stay more comfortable - the apartment had everything! The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and has everything you need - and I do mean everything. There's also stuff like an ironing board, laundry detergent, plenty of towels, blankets, pens, sellotape, plasters/band aids, an ice pack - all kinds of things you don't know you need until you do. There's quite a few books in the apartment too should you need anything to read. The bed is huge and really comfy. You won't be disappointed there. The TV is also huge and has basic cable. I mostly made use of all the TSN channels. It has HDMI if you want to bring your Chromecast like I did to stream Netflix. The wifi is very fast and didn't disappoint. Overall the apartment was clean, tidy and just a really nice place to stay. It felt like home to me right away. The view was pretty good too and on a clear day you can see the mountains. Location-wise it couldn't have been any better. I walked everywhere. It was quick and easy to walk to Robson/Granville where most shops are, it's quick and easy to walk to English Bay Beach, easy to walk to Kitsilano via the Burrard Bridge (and then a little further and you can walk to Granville Island). Basically the apartment is in the middle of most places you'll want to go, with tons of bars, shops and places to eat. The movie theatre is close by too, and it doesn't even take that long to walk to the Waterfront to get the seabus across to the north shore (for hiking), although you can easily get a bus a few blocks away. I never actually met Heath, but he always responded to my messages within a few minutes. When I told him I might have post delivered, he went out and made me a copy of his mailroom key, which was really nice. Checking in/out was easy - I just picked up and dropped off the keys at a laundromat just a few doors away. As for the building itself, it's a little old so there's no gym facilities or anything, but it was great because there are only nine floors, meaning the elevators were always available, the laundry room was usually empty, and there wasn't much noise from neighbours. The only thing I would say is to bring earplugs as the traffic can be a little annoying at night. It can also get pretty warm, but there's two fans which I made use of. Just FYI, if you want to do laundry you'll need to buy a card from the building manager, which you can load with credit using your debit/credit card. There's no coin operated machines in the building. I loved my time here and I would definitely stay again without hesitation.

I would like to thank Heath for my fist incredible experience with Airbnb. This apartment is really amazing. First of all - it's location - close to everything: beaches, Stanley park, subway stations, Granville and Daive street with numerous clubs, pubs and night life; grocery stores, food markets, different parks. The second important moment which I would like to highlight - is the apartment itself. There are a lot of appliances for cooking and make juices, and different plates and saucepans! + excellent bathroom with all essential and of course many many towels. A lot of places for clothes like wardrobe *2: for coats and shirts. And iron was very useful. I would like to add a beautiful view to the mountains, not panoramic but you can see enough. And absolutely stunning sunset. The apartment is very bright, neat with a huge window, comfortable bed and sofa and I felt myself as I was at home. Also, Heath was very helpful and kind. Thank you one more time for letting me stay in your apartment. And I strongly recommend this apartment for long or short staying to get unforgettable impressions!

We had a great experience! Heath was helpful from the beginning; he met me right on time to deliver the keys and show me the apartment. He also mentioned a few places nearby with good food. The apartment was as promised! Great people-watching and great view of the skyline (with some mountains peeking through) from the windows (and easy access to the roof of the building). The apartment is compact but feels large. There is a lot of space and plenty of hardware in the kitchen but we didn't end up using it too much during our stay. Location was excellent; right near the UBC bus line and barely a 20 minute walk to anywhere in downtown. Other residents in the building whom we met on the elevator were amiable and quiet. There are a lot of windows so there are blackout shades to keep the sun out if you are so inclined. There is one crosswalk outside that chirps occasionally, but it didn't bother us too much (and it subsides after hours). Heath was helpful during checkout too; we had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight so he met up with us the night prior to set everything up beforehand.

Early mid late Thirties guy living in beautiful Vancouver for the last 12 years. Love to travel when I can but love coming back home to my comfortable apartment. I live and work in the downtown core, better known as the West End. I love living DT as I am close to all the action, work, and beaches, all within walking distance.
