In an enclosed private park of 2000m2 with swimming pool surrounded by beautiful olive trees and umbrella pines in the heart of a beautiful residential area near the old village of Mougins, the beaches of the Cannes Croisette festival. Enjoy a superb central villa in the heart of Cannes, a stone's throw from the Cannes beaches and the Palais des Festivals.

This spacious villa comprises on the ground floor:
a large living room + dining room, with direct access to the garden.

1st floor:

A guest bedroom (2 beds) + Master bedroom with a pleasant view + bathroom with a bathtub.

Similarly, you will enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, an air conditioning system installed in all rooms of the villa, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The villa, with car park and a garden ... are of course entirely reserved for you. We will not be there at the same time as you.
