The space

Walking distance to the lake and 10 mins from Heavenly Ski Resort, our recently renovated 4BR, 3.5BA South Lake Tahoe home (sleeps 12) makes guests of all ages smile. A huge yard features a badminton court, playhouse and hot tub, and a ski-friendly breezeway has room for all of your gear. With hardwood and tile throughout, our home is perfect for guests with allergy concerns.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Park in the driveway and step up to the front door. To the right is a gaming table with seating for 7 and DVDs, books and games for the kids. Ahead, the living area seats 6 around a 49” flat-screen TV with Blu-ray, and gas fireplace that acts as a firebox to add warmth throughout the house.

Off the living room is a guest bath with shower/tub combo, and two bedrooms: both with top-of-the-line orthopedic mattresses with memory foam toppers. The second has a full-size bed; the third has a queen-size.

The third bedroom shares a bath (with shower/tub) with the fourth bedroom. Sleep 6 in 2 twin-over-full bunk beds. This room has its own TV plus yard access and can be accessed just off the entryway.

Next to the living room, a dark wood dining table seats eight. Just beyond is a brand new kitchen with granite countertops and all new appliances including a double oven, double-door fridge, microwave and gas range. A center island has five stools, and extra items such as a bread maker, Cuisinart ice cream maker, Ziplock bags and bag clips are included.

A hall leads away from the kitchen, past a half bath and laundry area to a breezeway with custom boot and glove dryers, ski and snowboard racks, shoe cubby and chalkboards.

From here, walk out to a back deck has a glass-top table with 6 chairs plus additional patio chairs and a gas grill. Take a few steps down to the fenced in yard with badminton court and 7-person hot tub.

A hall off the gathering space leads to the master bedroom, which sleeps 2 in a California king-size bed with select comfort mattress and memory foam topper and features yard access and en-suite bath with standing shower.

Guest access

This home is 6 blocks from beautiful Lake Tahoe, a 10 minute drive to Heavenly Ski Resort, a 7 minute drive to the Casinos and 5 minutes to boat rentals. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores just minutes away. There is also plenty of parking with 2 driveways and a 2 car garage. we can not allow more than 12 guest during your stay. be aware of penalty fees

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. Garage double door has 80 inch clearance. There is wireless internet, Verizon Booster Tower, 2 - 50" TV's with cable, 2 DVD players, and a brand new washer and dryer. There are custom boot and glove dryers and ski racks in the Breezeway. Home is stocked with paper products (toilet paper, paper towels/ Bedding sheets and towels )
This property sits on a double lot, so it has a huge, fenced yard with a brand new 7 person hot tub. There is a Badminton net with raquets and a new gas BBQ grill. We will be adding a new deck and fire pit in the next few months. The house do not have an air conditioning cooling system
But lots of ceiling and floor fans to help on those warm days.
All interior doors are solid core to deaden noise for your privacy.

The house was AMAZING, so much better than what I expected from the photos. The living area was big and spacious and perfect for a large group. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend for a large family looking for a place to stay!

Our visit was comfortable, and the home was inviting and well stocked. The location is great and it was very easy to get to great restaurants, beaches, Ski Run and the Tahoe keys. We would love to come back during the winter for a ski trip, the house is fully equipped for a day on the slopes followed by a soak in the Jacuzzi! Thank you Bruce!

We had a great time staying at Bruce's house. It is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe, close to hiking, kayaking, and biking as well as a large variety of restaurants. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The large yard and jacuzzi were fantastic!

Amazing house, tons of room, lots of beds. Good communication. Awesome hot tub. Excellent spot for big families or groups. Overall great experience, only issue was that it was extremely warm and the house doesn't have AC. We had lots of fans blowing and windows open at night, but it still was quite warm inside.
