Peaceful accommodation for a cocooning stay for the whole family.
Ideal for creating a family meeting point, this newly renovated house offers a relaxing stay, 3 adult beds (double beds) and 4/5 children's beds (4 single beds + a baby bed possible).
Old house with large garden, in a quiet village located less than 2 km from the sea, accessible by car or on foot in 20 minutes by the seawall.

The space
A raised ground floor with a double bedroom, living room (TV, children's playbook comics), dining room, kitchen, bathroom (shower and bath) with separate toilet and laundry room. Access to a large garden with swings and slide (parental supervision), old barbecue and garden equipment, large laundry line in the bottom of the garden.

Upstairs, 3 other bedrooms and a shower room with toilet: a children's room equipped with three single beds, a driver and everything you need for a baby (including an umbrella bed and bathtub), one second with double bed and the 3rd with double bed + single bed if needed.

Quiet street, possible walks in the village and to the port of Pen Lan and its beaches. Muzillac and its Friday market at 5 minutes (20 minutes on foot), Vannes at 20 /25 minutes by car, as well as the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands... Nantes at about an hour. Branféré Zoological Park 20 minutes away (discount if tickets bought from the Tourism Office of Muzillac), Suscinio Castle, La Roche Bernard, Guerno village...

-When you check out, I will check with you the condition of the house, to avoid as much as possible losses, breakages, clutter, minimum cleanliness (unpleasant for everyone; unfortunately it has already happened).
