Brand new, fully furnished loft in the heart of downtown Bristol, TN! Located above the highly rated Cascade Draft House and right across the street from the Sessions Hotel and Southern Craft BBQ. With access to State Street, you are never more than a few blocks away from any entertainment or excitement that Bristol has to offer. Come unwind and relax at this brand new loft, that just recently finished construction in February 2022!

The space
Built in the early 1930's, the building used to house a restaurant downstairs and the upstairs was a boarding house. The restaurant (Slyman's) and boarding house survived until the early 1980s. The building was purchased in 2018 and went through an extensive renovation process with all new everything!

This 2BR loft features exposed beams, high ceilings, and modern amenities while in the heart of downtown Bristol.
