Modern and comfortable. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. A fully equipped kitchen with a large double farm sink, over the range microwave & gas stove for when you want to cook, otherwise, you are a 5 minute walk to restaurants. Comfortable sofas for lounging, queen bed & double (full) bed with high quality, high thread count bedding.
The layout of this unit is excellent, as the living section and sleeping sections are well separated. We have all new cupboards, stainless steel appliances, new sparkly white quartz counter tops and a cute little dining area. We also have a desk for those of you who may need to work while here. There is also a larger common area patio with a table and chairs and night lighting.

With that being said, please keep in mind that this is a home and is not a hotel and as such we do not have a 24 hour, full
time dedicated team of cleaners, room service and maintenance people to call upon as if we were a hotel.
We are travelers too and we appreciate staying in a home vs. a hotel but we also know that sometimes things will not always be perfect, that being said, we always do our best to meet and exceed our guest's expectations. We endeavor to be very clear and honest in our presentation of the units and ask that you please read the entire description before booking.
Our continued success is based on giving you a good experience and on receiving great reviews. The ratings and review system, even though the stars would indicate that it is the same as stars that hotels get, it is not. Airbnb penalizes hosts for anything less than a 5 star review by
giving us less exposure in the Airbnb search rankings which affects our future bookings and revenues. We rely on you, our guests to let us know if there is anything that needs attention and we will do our best to remedy it as soon as possible.

There is on site coin operated laundry - washer and dryer and a clothes line to dry your clothes if you prefer to do it the natural way.
We have free, well lit, off street parking with a dedicated parking spot.
There is a shared court yard outside where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink.
There are 5 units in the complex and they are all vacation rentals.
Interaction with guests
My assistant and I do our best to always available should you need to reach us via phone, text or email. We send a check-in email or text to see how everything is and aside from that we let you enjoy your time without interruption. If you need anything, please be in touch.

Children: We do not allow children under the age of 5 in this unit.
Pets: Although we love pets we are not able to accommodate requests to have an animal stay.

This unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator. We have Netflix on the TV, we do not have cable. To turn on the TV, press the button that says Netflix.
The beds are one queen bed and one double/full bed.
Please be mindful of our neighbours below as this unit is on the 2nd floor we ask that you tread lightly after 10 pm.
The unit is stocked with coffee & tea. We have a keurig coffee maker and a tea pot. There may be a few condiments in the cupboards like hot sauce, salt & pepper etc... The shower will have soap and shampoo. There is an iron and an ironing board and a hair dryer.
Enjoy your stay. If you use the outdoor common area, please keep the noise levels down past 9 pm as there is a unit that has bedrooms that face the courtyard and we want to be considerate of our neighbors.
I'd appreciate if guests would turn off the lights and heater/AC when they are not in the unit

We do not allow smoking in the unit or on the decks and ask that if you do smoke that you do so outside on the street and take your cigarette butts inside to dispose of.
Service animals are welcome but must be discussed with the host prior to booking and are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $25.00
