A lovely flat, ready to enter, in a calm condominium with pool and only 5 minutes away from the beach. Nearby you will find all services you might need. Ideal for families with children since it is equipped with cradle, high chair and playground.
It consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, living-room with an open plan kitchen, terrace with sunshade and a pantry. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the other two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa-bed, so four people can stay there comfortably and six as maximum.
The apartment is fully equipped and ready to use: fridge, washing machine, hot water, two fans, microwave, iron, kettle and coffee maker. For families with children there is a cradle, a high chair and a playground. Moreover, there are towels, bed linen, cutlery and everything you might need for the beach: umbrella, beach towels, etc…
We know that the beach is not everything, so there is also a TV set (with DVB-T tuner) and a radio-cassette player, a large book collection (also in English) and an assortment of table games. You will also find there a large number of touristic brochures about Torrevieja and surrounding cities, which will be useful when planning your stay.

The apartment is located in the “Las Lomas del Mar” condominium, which comprises two apartment blocks and common areas: swimming pool, parking and rest area.
The apartment will be fully available to the guests because, being a second home, I do not live there. Therefore, guests have access to all services of the house, and also to the shared facilities of the community.
Interaction with guests
I will be happy to guide guests about the places worth visiting in Torrevieja and surrounding areas, as I know them well. Torrevieja has much more to offer than just the sun and sand.
Also, I would love to have a chat with the guests and learn more about them.

Guests will be given a detailed House Manual with a detailed description of the house, the neighbourhood and the surroundings.
