The space
I would like to bring it to your attention that we have a covid-19 cleaning house rule, should any of the guests found positive during their stay, the guest is liable to pay $1000, less or more covid sanitizing thorough cleaning and spray fee, depends on the actual fee. As after covid exposure, we have to hire company who is trained for this type of clean. All surface needs to be sanitized, all bedding to be washed, all utensils etc and dispose all existing consumables in the house . But if you are not tested positive, no extra cleaning fee apply.

The brand new apartment is located in a quiet street and can accommodate 4 people plus infants. Portable cot and high chair is provided if required. It is a modern and comfortable apartment.

As for the living room, it includes a comfortable sofa and big TV. Elegant curtain to shade the lounge for your relaxation and entertainment leisure. There is an excellent natural air cross-ventilation.

Our kitchen provides all new electrical appliances and cookware. You can cook your delicious meals during your stay here.

The apartment has its own laundry with Washing machine and dryer. Free supply of laundry detergent.
