Villa 'Las Palmeras' is quietly located in the beautiful villa district of Tosalet in Javea within close proximity of beaches and shops. Both the lively beach of El Arenal and the picturesque bay of Calle Clemence are 3 kilometres away by car.
The house has four bedrooms with adjoining four bathrooms, a dining room with kitchen, an attractively decorated living room and a spacious naya. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with a lovely spacious swimming pool and several terraces with BBQ.

Villa Las Palmeras is located on a spacious fenced plot where the car can be parked inside the gate. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view with in the distance of Montgo. There are several terraces and cozy seating areas where you can relax. The pool is nicely designed and has a deep and shallow area. In the garden is a spacious lawn where the children can play wonderfully and also there is a jeu the boules court.
From the covered naya you enter the living room. Additionally, a dining room with adjoining kitchen has all the necessary appliances. In the utility room, there is a washing machine and dryer.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with an attached bathroom. With the stairs you reach the ground floor where also two bedrooms are situated, each with their own bathroom. This makes the villa ideal for celebrating holidays with, for example, two families. Two bedrooms each have a double bed. Two bedrooms each have two single beds that can be placed side by side or separated. For a 9th person there is a sleeping armchair that can be transformed into a bed. All the bedrooms are air conditioned.

Warning for guests with very young children:
The pool area is not fenced and there are several stairs both outside and inside. So with little ones, it's been careful blown!!

In the months of July and August and during the May holiday, we only rent our house for a minimum of 7 nights!!! The arrival and departure days are only on Saturdays during this period. Please note this is not automatically set on the calendar. Occasionally, we may deviate from this in consultation.

The cleaning fee of 300.00 includes use of bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and
hammand towels for up to 6 people. The cleaning costs are 175.00 and the bed linen is 25.00 pp. For the 7th, 8th or 9th person we charge 25.00 extra.
The house is not suitable for 9 adult tenants, as the 9th bed is not a really comfortable bed for adults, but suitable for children.

In 2010 we bought our apartment in Fiesch. We fell in love with Haus Konkordia because of the view and the perfect location on walking distance of the center of Fiesch and the gondola that brings you to the wonderful Aletsch ski area. Besides our own place in the snow our dream was to have our own place in the sun. That dream came trough when we became the proud owners of Villa Las Palmeras in Javea.
