Welcome to this spacious Earlewood apartment, Unit-B in a 4-unit building! With 4 BR’s and a modern interior, you’ll feel at home with plenty of room for everyone. This space is centrally located and 15 mins or less from almost everything! Located in DT Columbia’s historic community Earlewood. Minutes from DT, Riverbanks Zoo, USC, Palmetto Hospitals, Township Auditorium, Colonial Life Arena, & all interstates. Blocks from Earlewood Park with walking trails, dog parks and a frisbee golf course.

The space
Welcome to this spacious apartment located in a 4-unit multi-family home. This is Unit B and is located on the main level. Units C & D are upstairs directly above this apartment so expect to hear muffled day-to-day sounds from your neighbors. There is off-street parking for 3 vehicles behind the building. All others will need to park on the street for free.

The Living room has a large sectional sofa offering plenty of seating for everyone. There is a 55” Smart TV for you to watch your favorite TV shows or movies on (no cable). The kitchen is bright and modern with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous floating shelves. The subway tile and black hardware makes this space feel clean and inviting. The kitchen island offers additional seating for 3 with the provided counter stools. Next to the large window is a dining room table with seating for up to 4.

The primary bedroom suite is furnished with a king sized bed made with clean, comfortable linens for you to catch a good nights sleep on. There is a SmartTV mounted in this room for you to be able to watch your favorite programs before bed (no cable). There are bedside tables with lamps providing you the option to kick back and relax with a book and unwind. There is a dresser with mirror and two closets for hanging clothes storage, perfect for you to unpack all of your belongings and make yourself right at home. The private bathroom has a tiled shower, single vanity, toilet and a cool graphic patterned tile floor.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are furnished with queen beds and share a Jack & Jill style bathroom with a shower, single vanity and toilet. The queen memory foam beds are made with clean, comfortable linens and have bedside lamps and tables. There are dressers in each room with mirrors and two closets for plenty of hanging clothes storage and to unpack all of their belongings, as well as end stands with lamps to unwind before bed.

Bedroom 4 has a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath and a desk for remote work or study, and a private full bathroom. The beds have comfy pillows and new bed linens, perfect for 2 children or your single friend. There is also a closet for hanging clothes storage. The bathroom has a shower/bath combo which is perfect for anyone traveling with kids who prefer to take a bath. There is also a small wall cabinet where you may safely tuck away any essentials you don't want within a child's reach.

The laundry room isn't the fanciest, but it has the essentials, including a full size washer and dryer, loads of storage and also houses the hot water heaters.

There are two separate entrances on either end of the entry hall. The entrance foyer off of the driveway is shared with Unit C but each unit is completely separate and private. The rear entrance is adjacent to the parking area.
