Nori was an excellent host and my sister and I felt very welcomed. We took a taxi to the apartment and the cab dropped us off in the back of the building where the address isn't visible. We contacted Nori and she came to meet us and greeted us with hugs and enthusiasm.
The apartment itself is very spacious and had everything we needed for our two week stay. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking just be aware that the refrigerator is a mini one, so you may not be able to stash a lot of groceries in there.
Beds are twin size and were comfy for myself and my sister (I am 5'2" she is 5'7"). Having pocket wifi is a Godsend! At one point the connection reached an all time snail's pace, but Nori was happy to resolve this issue by giving us a new one.
Although the building is next to the freeway, it was very quiet and you never hear any neighbors (does anyone else even live there?). The walk to the train station is about 10 minutes and conveniently located. In the same direction of the train station, there are some restaurants and some shops, however, you can also reach Azubu-Juban and Roppongi by foot which will take you about 25-30 min.
This place really felt like home away from home and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks, Nori!
