About this listing
Boutique Studio Apartment just 2 mins from Brighton Station. Double mattress in mezzanine sleeping area, double sofabed, separate hotel style bathroom and separate fully equipped kitchen. The huge French windows open out to a small patio area.
Step into the most boutique studio apartment in the whole of Brighton!
A stunning main space features a dining area for four people under a crystal chandelier, huge french windows that make the space light and airy, a cosier comfy area with a sofa that opens out to a double bed and a ladder that leads to the mezzanine sleeping area featuring a double mattress. Off the main space there is a kitchen - tiny but perfectly equipped with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere. Off the entrance hallway there is hotel-style bathroom with bath, loo, basin and hand-held shower. There are waxed wooden floors throughout. A new cleaning company has recently been employed to ensure the studio will be immaculate for your stay.
The sofabed was put in the apartment for those who didn't want to climb the ladder to bed, but the apartment does sleep 4 comfortably. Please note there is NO TV! The studio is one room with a separate kitchen and bathroom, it is ideal for a couple, but suitable as a crash pad for up to four people.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Interaction with guests
I usually greet guests upon their arrival.
The apartment is VERY central! Albert Road is quiet residential street situated just a couple of minutes walk from Brighton Station, a few minutes walk from the North Laines/South Lanes, the seafront, and a couple of minutes walk from Seven Dials (featuring some great bars, restaurants and pubs).
Brighton Station is on your doorstep - with trains and buses. There is an NCP carpark in Church Street nearby £26 for 24hrs, or use a parking space hire app.
Other things to note
Would guests please remember that the mezzanine level is reached by a ladder, and although very spacious it has a very low ceiling - so not suitable for anyone with back problems, or not very agile. For the same reason the mezzanine is not suitable for small children.
Would guests please appreciate that the studio is very popular, therefore guests may not check-in earlier, nor checkout later - I'm afraid there is nowhere for luggage to be left either - apologies!
As at home, please be mindful of the neighbours, especially with wooden floors noise travel easily.

Hi, I live in Brighton, my husband Tim and I and run several saucy shops here. I live to travel, lie in the sun and swim in the sea - especially if it includes wakeboarding!
Airbnb is fantastic: as a host I get to meet all different sorts of people from all walks of life from all over the world, but as a guest it REALLY rocks!
Tim and I are both from London, and seperately both fell in love with Brighton - when you visit I'm sure you will fall in love with it too :)
