We live in the Calgary downtown core, in the active community of Parkdale. We are close to parks, hospitals, cycle paths, walking paths and the TransCanada Highway to Banff National Park... skiing, hiking etc. We would love to have you stay with us.
Our house was built in 1950 and has since been renovated to meet our changing needs. We love the feel of the house and enjoy the way that it seems to welcome those who enter through the front door. There are three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, dining room and kitchen. The backyard is beautiful with a large deck, two flower gardens, a fireplace, and a cobblestone sitting area.
Guests will be able to access the entire upstairs and backyard area.
Interaction with guests
Both my husband and I are more than willing to help our guests learn about our wonderful city and offer suggestions for where to visit. We also ski, hike, cycle, etc. and would be able to help them plan a trip to the mountains.
Other things to note
We are active people who can offer suggestions regarding recreational activities.
We expect our guests to respect our home, and yard. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you come in late, be mindful of hosts and other guests. No smoking is allowed in the house. However, smokers may use the back yard to smoke. No pets allowed. Lastly, no extra guests allowed unless stated in the original agreement.
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
