Response from Victoria:
Hi Magda, thanks for your input. Regarding the cleaning, we have talked to our cleaning lady. The last one we had just quitted for personal reasons, and according to your comment, the new cleaning lady did not seem to have grab the concept of a spotlessly clean place for tourist. We supervised her work after your comment, and we hope that this sort of incidents will not happen again. Regarding toilet paper, we're afraid that this is not a hotel with permanent service. We provide soap, toilet paper and clean sheets and towels the first night. Afterwards, it's the guest who should provide basic supplies. We try to keep our prices as low as possible (currently a whole private appartment with kitchen for the price of two dormitory beds a night), and therefore, we do not provide toilet paper for as long as your whole stay. Enjoy the rest of your trip, and thanks again for your comments, Victoria and Norberto
