Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
The canal side apartment has a lovely fun beach holiday vibe with the use of 2 kayaks and 2 bikes, a walk to the beach and Mooloolaba restaurants and shops. A funky apartment, where you can even fish from the back yard and cook on the weber bbq, a very relaxing place.

The space
A private space on your own part of the canal. A loft bedroom and open plan living with its exposed beams timber ceiling makes this apartment very special and a home away from home.
Please note this apartment block does not allow smoking. There are new body corporate laws that allow a body corporate to permit no smoking rules anywhere in the grounds. Smoking must be done outside the unit block (not in the area of the back yard).
It also does not allow electric cars to be recharged on the property as the power is a communal power.

Guest access
A unique styled apartment, overlooks the pool of the apartment block (shared with other a small amount of other tenants), as well as being directly on the canal you can use the water access to take the kayaks out or catch some fish.

Other things to note
Mooloolaba is a destination holiday point on the Sunshine Coast. Great surfing at Alexandra Headlands, fishing in the river. There is a dive shop at Mooloolaba Wharf to go on Dives to the HMAS Brisbane. Other options are the surf club, bowls club, triathlons and yacht club. Check them all out on the Urban List website to see what the latest events are. Why not go on a sailing cruise - 3 hours, with Set Sail Mooloolaba to really enjoy the best of the Coast. Or if you love dining out head to The Esplanade or Mooloolaba Wharf (recently renovated) for a great choice of dining and bars along the beach.
