Apartment V27 is a 77 sq.m. newly renovated house where you get the feeling of home away from home. Located in the old part of Reykjavik, close to the old harbor, 5 min walk from the busy downtown. It is perfect for couples, but can fit up to 4 persons.
The apartment/house was built for shops in 1929. It was totally renovated in 2005 as a nice and quiet downtown apartment. It is open and bright with wooden flooring on the main floor and tiles in the bedroom.

The public bus is 3 min away and the main bus terminal is 10 min walk away. We are close to hotels so most tour operators will pick you up at the doorsteps. The double deck tourist bus stops in our street.

Interaction with guests
We try to meet with all our guest and love to learn from them. We help them plan their trip if we can and if they want, they are welcome to have a cup of coffee.
We want our guests to feel good and safe - and we like our neighbors, so we kindly ask you to help us keep the apartment clean and respect the privacy of the neighbors. Keep is as you would like your guests to treat your favorite place.

We are a family of 5 living in the heart of Reykjavik. We love travelling both abroad and in Iceland. The two older kids have almost moved out but seldom say no to a good family dinner.
