The place is really roomy and nice and sucluded. No chance of being overlooked. Philip was great and we were really pleased we stayed here. I fully recommend it! The kitchen was big, the rooms were a good size and even had milk in the fridge for us when we got there and coffee / tea. Top stuff! Thanks again.

Accommodation was good, a bit far from shops though but the place was nice and cosy. Shame the place doesn't have Wifi. Philip was helpful.

I sent 3 or 4 emails before booking as we were travelling with two 1 year old babies and I wanted to know that the property was suitable for them. I was assured that it was and told there was a cot there. I went ahead and booked. I sent a further email about 2 weeks before we were due to stay there, asking for directions to the house. I was told to drive to Cashel then phone the host. We did this and he told us to meet him outside the church. By then, it was past 5pm (the house isn't available until 5.30pm) and we had two hungry and tired babies. Driving around a town we'd never been to, looking for a landmark increased the stress. I don't understand why he couldn't have just sent us directions. The house wasn't difficult to find. When we arrived, there was no cot and the host said we hadn't asked for one, hadn't told him we were bringing two babies. It took him an hour and a half to sort out the cot, making things more stressful for us. The house was full of china pots and ornaments, family photos, lots of breakable stuff. There wasn't anywhere for the babies to play safely. There was no dining table, just a breakfast bar with high stools. The babies had to sit on the floor to eat. The gardens were lovely but again unsuitable for children of any age: chicken wire and bamboo canes edged the flower borders and we were worried about the babies falling on these.

Philip was very kind. We have childrens and he bought two stools and a mini table for them. The house is very spacious and the area is very. safe. He always was in contact with us when we need something.

We enjoyed the gardens, which were beautiful, and it was a great location to town, but private and secluded. It wasn't bad drive times to the cliffs of moher and waterford so we did day trips. We really enjoyed staying here and Philip made sure we were comfortable and all set up for our stay. He was easily accessible for any issues that may have come up and very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!
