Very spacious fully furnished open layout foothills home with a large deck and beautiful city views. Tucked in a quite very safe neighborhood. This is a great home to bring the whole family or work group, with lots of room to relax and have fun.

The space
The home has a very large open layout with a spacious living room, double 70 inch TVs, fireplace, connected to a very large kitchen and dining room. This living room space also connects to a elevated large deck with beautiful city views through the sliding door or off the deck. The upper floor has three comfortably sized bed rooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has two closets and a connected private bathroom. The downstairs is a walkout ranch to a lower patio with a spacious yard and firepit area. There is a bar and game room area on the lower floor with TV for entertaining, large comfortable carpeted living areas, a large bedroom, bathroom, and big laundry room. Hot Tub is currently unavailable.

Guest access
All spaces in the home are accessible except the garage which is locked with all the house maintenance, cleaning and prep supplies.

Other things to note
The home is located on one of Colorado's favorite foothill hiking trail mountains. Access to multiple trail heads are with in walking distance from the home. All the trails have beautiful local wildlife and incredible views of the surrounding cities, from Golden to Denver to Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
