2 cozy rooms, a bedroom and your own private living room, top floor walk up with lots of light and east river view, in an authentic Green-point historically preserved building, queen size bed, and epic sunsets.

The space

This apartment is my sanctuary. I keep it clean, tidy; it's quiet and calm. In the summer, the apartment has a lovely breeze coming from the east river, in the winter it's cozy and warmed by central heating system. It's on the top floor the light and view is magnificent. We have new high quality windows, which keep the noise out so the apartment is quiet and calm. You will not hear neighbors and my other tenant is quiet and lovely.

Guest access

You have your own private bedroom and your own private living room, kitchen, and bathroom, are shared with a second tenant. However, the living room and your bedroom stay private for you during your stay.

Runn was the perfect host. It's a great apartment and perfectly located for exploring Greenpoint. The views are fantastic, and the bed is really comfortable. Runn was away for my trip but greeted me on arrival and communicated very thoughtfully throughout. His flatmate is friendly and polite keeps to himself so it's a very private setup. Thoroughly recommended.

Nice location. Runn is very friendly and communication was great. The place was perfect for my quick trip passing through. Great little eateries and coffee shops around. 20 min walk into Williamsburg and close subway stations and buses.

Had a great time staying here. Runn is friendly and organized, and the place is "cozy" with a nice view. Plus it's a 4 min walk to both the subway and the ferry (!) so while it is a bit of a hike to get into Manhattan it's a very doable commute! Greenpoint is a quieter part of NYC / Brooklyn, and it was nice to come home and relax at Runn's place after working during the day. There are a bunch of good restaurants and bars. Both Dandelion wine and Fornino's pizza are just a few minutes' walk away from the apartment, so you can have a fantastic night on the rooftop enjoying the views of the city and river, with wine and really good take-out pizza to top it off. Finally, Martha's Country Bakery in Williamsburg is also pretty close, and right next to the L train station to Manhattan -- so watch out, if you travel to/from Manhattan from here, because you may find yourself coming back with a tasty slice of cake / cheesecake :)

This place is great in terms of location and the view enough is enough to book. You can see the freedom tower from your bed and it's the top floor of the building before the rooftop- which gives a view of the entirety of Manhattan and the East River. Only bad thing about is no A/C but Runn provides fans which help a lot. Greenpoint is a cute and quiet neighborhood-only thing is the G train has been down on the weekends for maintenance but a free shuttle serves as a substitute.

Runn was an amazing host. His apartment is lovely with its very own spirit. Room was nice, huge and the view is astonishing by the way. Runn wasn't there most of the time but he was always very easy to reach. He was also super helpful.

Being new and alone in NYC, I could not have asked for a better place to stay during my first days here as a new student. Runn helped me out throughout my stay here and I felt very safe having him as a host. The area is just fantastic and the apartment has a great vibe, making you feel like home. Fun story: I ran into a movie set just outside the apartment and J-Lo was doing her thing.
