Modern, Spacious, Comfortable. Fully recycled. It has all its bedding and towels new and high quality. Room with private en-suite bathroom, double bed and 43" Smart TV. Living room with 50" TV and guest toilet. Fully equipped kitchen. And of course an unparalleled view.
We do not have a garage but it is a safe area, with availability when parking and with a direct view from the apartment.
The space
It has a bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE SIMONS double bed (1.60m x 2), with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. Large living/dining room with armchair bed for a third guest. All linen is 500 cotton provided. (Stains on towels and sheets will be penalized). It has radiator heating (deactivated from November 15 to April 15).
Guest access
Access is automatic, the building key is removed from a lockbox located at the entrance to the building and the apartment is accessed with a code generated exclusively for each guest (or group of guests). Both are provided on the day of check-in with all access instructions.
Only one key is provided per group of guests. If required, an additional one can be provided by requesting it at the time of booking. Otherwise, it will be delivered only if available and the day after it is requested.
The building has two entrances, the main one is accessed by stairs and two doors, and the most comfortable one commonly used in the building is by the garage, which is on floor -1 (but at the level of the sidewalk since the building is on a slope)
Other things to note
The oven cannot be used temporarily due to a breakdown (we are waiting for spare parts).
The boilers are turned on from April 15 to November 15.
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is until 10:00 am. These times are strict. We comply with requests for check-in and check-out outside the established time according to availability and an additional cost always consulting in advance.
PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE RESERVATION CANNOT ENTER THE APARTMENT.
Do not make noises that may be annoying in the hallways, do not over occupy the elevator with more passengers than allowed.
Groups of young people are not allowed.
Any violation of these rules of coexistence will be penalized through the page and if necessary the reservation will be canceled immediately.
