The stunning sea views from the balcony at No 5 Compass in Ilfracombe make this apartment a fabulous place to stay. It is warm and cosy for couples and families alike, even your four-legged friends as well.
Located centrally in Ilfracombe, North Devon, it is close to some of the most wonderful beaches and coastline in the UK.
No 5 Compass has two bedrooms (one Superking or Twins and one Double) and two bathrooms (En-Suite to Double) and an outside balcony, PLUS its own dedicated parking space.

The space
A spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment (one en suite) with lounge/diner and well-equipped kitchen. Outside balcony with seating to take in the most wonderful views and sunsets over the sea.
Sea views from the back, harbour views from the front!

Guest access
Access to the whole apartment on the third floor via communal stairs (sorry, no lift). There are 58 steps to the apartment divided by 5 landings so please be mindful of any health issues and dog ability to climb stairs. The views are worth it though!

Other things to note
Not suitable for children between 1 yr (walking age) and 6yrs due to the balcony.

Neighbourhood highlights

No 5 is centrally located near to local bars, restaurants and the picturesque harbour with Damien Hirsts' 'Verity' statue. There is also a small, fairly secluded beach adjacent to the apartments - Cheyne Beach - ideal for swimming.

Also within walking distance of both Tunnel Beaches and The Carlton Hotel so ideal accommodation if attending weddings at these venues.

There is a new water sports centre now in Ilfracombe offering kayaking, paddle boarding, etc plus an amazing cafe, The Lime Kiln.

The apartment is deal for walkers as very close to the South Coast West Path and Tarka Trail.

Ilfracombe Golf Course is just over a mile away with a sea view from every tee! Also renowned for their Sunday lunches.
