This is a charming old cottage with a very contemporary feel. It is made from timber with a tin roof and has a very rustic feel. Nestled in the Tea trees and Moonahs there is no landscaped garden, just bush surroundings. It is fully fenced and private from the neighbours.

Interaction with guests
The only interaction with guests is on arrival, however most times guests will let themselves in with access to the key in a key-safe.
The cottage is across the road from the ocean beach - whilst you cannot see the ocean you can hear yet, especially on quiet evenings. 16th Beach for swimming is a five minute walk away, however there are no life savers on this beach. The Reserve walking track is also across the road. It is ten minutes drive to the bay beaches on the other side of the peninsula.
No public transport, you will need a car, however guests have said that the taxi service was reliable. There does not appear to be Uber in the area yet. The closest supermarket is Woolworths in Rye, 10 minutes drive. There is a general store with basics just 5 minutes walk from the cottage - it is a 'natural' style store with some organic and unusual stuff.
Other things to note
Things the cottage does NOT HAVE:
No dish washer
No washing machine/drier
This cottage is for two adults only sharing a Queen bed. Permission may be given to bring a small child providing your own sleeping arrangements. It would be appreciated if guests could do a basic clean up prior to leaving - no need to strip the bed, wet towels can be left in the bath. Candles may be burnt but please ensure no wax is left on any surfaces. No smoking inside. If you are there on a Sunday night please can you put the green (and blue bin if the right collection day) out for rubbish collection early Monday morning.
