About this listing
Hey, this listing is for a large private room with a comfortable queen bed and ensuite. The apartment is quiet and close to Lan Kwai Fong restaurants and bars, the central MTR station, taxis and tracks that lead up Victoria peak.
Very relaxed, high ceilings and SPACIOUS :-) Quiet little terrace existing in the heart of Hong Kong. Close to restaurants, cafes, bars in Lan Kwai Fong. Two minutes walk to the top of the central escalator and taxis. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and handbasin.
Unfortunately no wifi at present, washing machine, drying room, great little espresso machine, blender, all the usual kitchen things......
Interaction with guests
I'm happy to help out of you'd like recommendations for local restaurants, gigs, cafes, yoga studios, healthy places to eat, anything, just ask :-)
Also happy for guests to come and go as they please - the room has an ensuite so your stay can be as private as you like!
I'm also often out myself so if you're chilling in the apartment it's likely you'll have the place to yourself.
This part of Hong Kong is very close to the city and anything you might need. It takes ten minutes walk to Lan Kwai Fong, central bars and restaurants. The central escalator is two minutes walk away so it's easy to orientate yourself if Hong Kong is new to you. There's also a Bus stop and supermarket 50m up the road.
It's 15 mins walk to the central MTR station, around two minutes walk to the top of the escalator, there's a bus stop on the corner one minute away where it's also easy to catch a taxi.
Clean up after yourself if you use the kitchen and no smoking inside. Thank you :)

I've lived in Hong Kong two and a half years now, I moved from New Zealand. I work as an osteopath at a clinic in central and I'm a private yoga instructor. You'll see in the photos a room with yogi things and a treatment table, feel free to stretch out, it's somewhat of a rarity to have the space to do so in HK - a joy of the older style apartments. I'm a fan of coffee and music so you'll find a nice speaker in the lounge, feel free play your tunes respectfully and if you've got an early start please make use of my great little espresso machine in the kitchen. I'm also a bit of a trail runner and occasional climber so might be able to help out with that kind of info. I have a load of climbing gear here, rope, quickdraws, helmet etc. Happy to lend to fellow climbers...
