The space
Superb south-facing apartment just outside San Pedro 5 minutes from Puerto Banus Marina in an award-winning gated development with 3 swimming pools (each with its children pool), tropical gardens, waterfalls less than a mile from the beach.

Our apartment has an exceptional south-facing yet shaded private terrace (25m2) with dining area to enjoy al fresco evenings. There is an extensive and very spacious modern sofa in living room (2 bedrooms: 1 double bed and ensuite bathroom, the other with twin beds and 1 extra spare bed for guests). There is also 1 flat-screen TV in bedroom 1 with double bed (Apple TV & Netflix) and another flat-screen TV in bedroom 2 with Netflix. We can also provide a cot and high chair on demand.

The apartment boasts exceptional level of finishes with marble floors throughout , 2 spacious bathrooms with powerful showers and the interior design is sleek, new, modern and relaxing. The overall surface is 120m2 and the terrace is extensive.
This is a very exclusive award-winning gated development with impressively lush tropical gardens, waterfalls and also ponds with frogs, Japanese fish and extensive flora throughout. It has 3 swimming pools designed for maximum privacy (each with a children's pool), all surrounded by the incredible vegetation.
The complex has three main areas of apartments in total with its own dedicated garden, making 3 areas in total. Each garden has its own unique design and boasts an adult swimming pool and a separate children pool. All these gardens are interlinked by stone pathways and charming wooden bridges which cross fish ponds fed by waterfalls cascading down over rock features. It’s quite an impressive sight and there’s no denying the gardens create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere throughout the whole complex. It is certainly of luxury standard and a permanent team of seven full-time gardeners is in-house to make it a reality. is illuminated at night and swimming then is a unique experience.

The clubhouse:
Designed in an Indonesian style by Ruth García of respected Marbella interior designers ID Latinia, the clubhouse is truly a stunning affair for lovers of fine food, a restaurant and a bar with a charming al-fresco terrace to enjoy the international menu. During the day, with its relaxed and informal atmosphere, you can choose from a tempting array of light meals and snacks, while as night falls it becomes the perfect spot for chic and intimate dining. There are also two tennis and two paddle courts (20€ 1h30).

Where you’ll be

Málaga, Andalusia, Spain

You are 500 metres from shops and a variety of restaurants. Also the beach is within easy reach but to be honest our favourite beaches are in Puerto Banus. It is a quiet area for you to chill out yet you are only 5 minutes drive from Puerto Banus area and San Pedro.

A shortcut by car to Marbella/Puerto Banus:
Turn right coming out of parking up the small road until you come onto another road, take left and go all the way down until you reach the main road to Benahavis. Turn right and follow signs to Malaga/Marbella. This saves you a good 10 minutes.
