This is a great place to stay for the value and quality. The neighbourhood is close to downtown, but quiet, safe and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay here.

Good appartment but be careful with the personnal who works here, they can steel personnal items. That what happens to us. To bad because it was very nice trip. Too bad...

Thomas, I`m really sorry for the bad experience that you had but the only time that someone from our employees enter the condo was at the moment of the check in and and the moment of the check out that they knocked the door on your check out date and noone answer so she came in and you and your friend were sleeping and drunk. We never received any report from you saying that someone stole something from you. We never ask any guest for any bill because we have all that information online. It is easy to blame someone without knowing. The complex has more than 30 units so could be anyone. Each condo has their own property manager and the complex has their own building adminsitration.

All the check in process was great, the apartment got cleaned 2 times a week, mercedes was very resposive to my massages. To conclude - it was excellent!
