Budget friendly accommodation for up to four. Unit has two queen sized beds. $69 a night for first guest. $10 per person there after. No TV, great for those who are looking for a place to crash after exploring. NO SMALL CHILDREN.
The apartment is in an older building but you do get your own private space. If it's your first time to Denver, you may do a quick search on prices of rooms and hotels. I try to offer a fair price for a place to stay.
This is a small studio space. We have two queen sized beds and one bathroom. A quick couple of FYIs for travelers. The unit is in an 8 apartment building. The apartment itself is older. It was built in the 1920s. That means the building is almost 100 years old. It is generally the type of space I often see when I travel to San Fran. It does have some quirks that come with a building of that age.
The unit sits on a fairly busy street. It tends to be busy during the day but quiets down at night. For some the noise is bothersome. Most people who live in a decent sized city tend to not be bothered. There is also a medical marijuana spot on the block. Every once and a while you will get a bit of that smell.
Our goal is to provide you with a clean, cute, cozy space designed for those on a budget you are go with the flow type of travelers.
For the summer, we do have an AC unit. However, this is a single apartment unit AC. It will not keep the space at 68 degrees on a 90 degree day. It does however cool the space off fairly well. Since it is not a true full sized AC unit I do not list AC as an amenity.
