Nestled at the tip of Georgetown where the Kennbeck River meets the sea, our beach house is the perfect spot to unwind and relax. Take in the panoramic views of the Kennebec River and the open ocean from the elevated new deck, where you'll feel like you're in a treehouse. Watch the boats sail by and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets that are sure to take your breath away.

Inside, you'll find a cozy and welcoming space that has been thoughtfully updated with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. Whether you're curling up with a good book in the living room or cooking up a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll feel right at home.
Our beach house also features an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off the salt and sand after a day at the beach.

With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, our beach house is the perfect size for families or groups of friends. And with the private beach just a short stroll away, you can spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and exploring the rugged coastline of Maine.

The property has an incline from the parking spot next to the cottage to the front door, this can present issues for those with special mobility needs.

Our beach house in Georgetown, Maine is conveniently located near several popular attractions, including the charming town of Bath, which is just a short drive away. Bath is known for its rich maritime history and is home to several museums and galleries, as well as quaint shops and restaurants.

If you're looking to explore the great outdoors, Reid State Park is just a 10-minute drive from our beach house. This beautiful state park features miles of sandy beaches, rocky outcroppings, and hiking trails, making it the perfect spot for a day trip.

And when it comes to dining, you won't want to miss out on the local lobster restaurant, just 10 minutes from our beach house. Here you can indulge in fresh, locally caught lobster and other seafood dishes, while taking in stunning views of the coastline.

We provide all linens, towels, pillows, blankets and sufficient coffee, tea and paper products for your stay. If you require additional supplies there are several options nearby.

We do have slight incline from parking lot that can present issues for those with special mobility needs (see picture). Guest can access through the front door at the flat street level as well with two stairs.

While tap well water meets all EPA standards, we recommend drinking only from water supplied in water dispenser. The water can be salty as it is a well and we are close to the sea. This is standard for the area as the northern coastal towns do not have public water sources.

**Please note you are required to take trash to the transfer station (5 minute drive) on Sat/Sun/Wed/Holiday Mondays. We ask guest to do this throughout their trip and its standard for the area.
