We were in Knoxville for our daughter's graduation from UT. Lori's place was perfect for us. We were able to entertain our family and friends just like we would have in our own home. The cottage is very comfortable and clean with a lovely patio and beautiful quiet neighborhood that's tucked away but close to campus and anything else that you might need. Lori and her husband made us feel very welcome. Thank you!

Lovely family home in a beautiful residential neighborhood. A short walk to the park and river walks. But very short drive to great selection of food shops and only 10 minutes to UT and the town center. Extremely welcoming host who responded immediately to any question, and we loved the basket of treats on our arrival. Perfect thanksgiving weekend - very grateful that Lori opened her home to us.

Cozy, comfy, wonderful little cottage in a great location!! We were in town with another couple visiting our sons at UT! So convenient. Close to campus, close to restaurants and shopping!! Adorably appointed inside and out, with great spaces for hanging out and nice front yard with gazebo! Boys threw the football around, and we grilled out on the private patio right off the kitchen! Beds were super comfy!! And Lori was kind enough to leave us muffins and great coffee!!! A very homey place... We will be back!! ;)

Amazing experience for football gameday...really nice neighborhood with a short ride to Neyland Stadium. We caught Knoxville at it's finest. So thankful we booked with Lori, her house is immaculate, and provides plenty of room for parties of 4-5...She was extra communicative and even left us a special welcome gift...Southern Hospitality at it's finest!

Great place and very quiet in a great neighborhood. Enjoyed the family setting. Our granddaughter had a great time on the swing in the front yard. The steaks got cooked to perfection on the grille in the backyard. My in-laws were comfortable with the queen size bed and full bath on the first floor while my wife and I slept up stairs in the king size bed. Looking forward to coming back and using the two kayak's hanging in the car porch!!

Response from Lori:
Thanks John! So glad you all enjoyed quality family time here. As for the European oven I inherited, I have to admit there are still a couple settings even I don't understand. :-) We hope to have you here again soon. Spring is really beautiful in this neighborhood.

Lori's house was the best size and location for our needs. Everything was very clean and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, including a portacrib and toys for my granddaughter. We didn't get to meet her, but her husband took great care of us. The checkin was flawless and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Knoxville.

Lori was an amazing host. She greeted us right when we arrived with a short tour of the House and had even given us a cookie cake to enjoy over the weekend! The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Hello! My husband and I are ad/sales execs who enjoy travel, cooking, running and time with our grandchildren. Our favorite vacation spots always have a beach and a golf course nearby. Happy trails!
