This lovely and homely well equipped Classico style villa is situated in the well maintained lower C sector on Camposol, and walking distance to the golf club and course.

It's a great property in a very quiet and convenient location. End terraced with a large side garden, there is access to the roof solarium is via metal stairs from the back terrace, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside/mountains.

Maximum of 4 guests and 2 small dogs or 1 large dog is permitted.

The space
The cleaning fee is for professional services to clean & dust the villa, launder the bedding, provide fresh towels and change the water in the hot tub for you.

Through into the living room with sofa, 2 chairs, 2 coffee tables, tv and stand, with internet (which you can connect to using the pay as you go service), UK tv, CD player stereo, lamp and vase and flowers, ceiling fan, air conditioning and heater.

There is also an extendable table with 4 chairs.

Through the arch to the kitchen, which is well equipped with all relevant appliances ie fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, kettle, washing machine and all necessary utensils.

The main double bedroom is to the front of the villa, with double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers, bedside cabinet, lamp and chair, ceiling fan, and heater. Here is where you will find the WiFi router. The WiFi is pay as you go, which you can activate yourself on check in.

Across the way is the bathroom fitted with bath/overhead shower, sink, wc, floor cabinet and wall cabinet.

In the rear bedroom there are fitted wardrobes, 2 single beds, a set of drawers, bedside cabinet and lamp, ceiling fan and heater.

The shaded rear terrace is accessed via the kitchen door, with a bbq, and a hot tub is also available.

On the roof top solarium there are sun loungers and table and chairs provided in this area also.
