Aneece is an excellent communicator. He never misses to answer your queries and he does it on a timely manner. He is an easygoing guy and won't disturb your peace. The neighborhood is good and there was no problem whatsoever in that respect. However, the big issue with Aneece is that he doesn't want to invest to make the stay of his guests much more comfortable. You can barely find the appliances and utensils you need and even those basic ones which are available are in poor condition. For example, a coffee machine is a must in every home. It doesn't cost a lot of money to provide what is required. The sofa bed in the living room is nice but the one in the bedroom is bad and I personally consider it an insult as I see in it a lack of respect to customers. There is always a certain standard not to fall below in these kinds of rentals. Cleanliness deserves much more attention and a housekeeper who is paid enough should normally do the job properly, especially that the cleaning fee is included in the lease. Internet is very important nowadays, but unfortunately Aneece gave me a hard time to provide it and when he did, it was so limited in capacity that I had to recharge it myself. With less than $20 a month web connection can be guaranteed without any hassle. I must say though that the most disappointing element is related to the location. I have already raised this issue, but I have to mention it again here as it was a cause of much inconvenience to me. Perhaps those who don't know Sousse very well won't get the point but for those who are familiar with the place, it is easy to note the inaccuracy of the description. At the end I could manage to have a reasonably good stay, but there is a lot that can be corrected and improved.
