Adam's place in Clinton Hill was great! We love the neighborhood and there's lots to do nearby, including some awesome restaurants within walking distance and a great yoga studio just a couple blocks away. Adam was very easy to get in touch with, always responded quickly (within 30mins), and was very helpful. He approved our (very) last minute booking request, made sure the apt was spic and span upon arrival, and even allowed us to stay longer than we'd originally booked the place for. His apartment is very cozy with lots of character - we loved the old stove and record player, and all of the exposed natural wood that gives it a homey feel. Highly recommend his apartment to others and we hope to stay there again in the near future!

Adam's place has lots of character, and the location is fantastic. It is a little bit shabby, though - it wasn't particularly clean, a lot of the finishings i.e. light fixtures etc are very old. Overall it felt a little dingy. For the price, I expected it to be better looked after. Having said that, it's right next to the G train and is close to tons of great bars and restaurants.

Response from Adam:
Our home is a classic Brooklyn brownstone built in the 1860's. Those seeking a pristine condo-like environment should definitely seek other accommodations. We have the apartment professionally cleaned prior to every guest's stay and I encourage potential visitors to please review ALL of our other reviews to make sure this is a good fit for them.

Adam's place is fantastic. The apartment has a lot of charm and character. The location is excellent with lots of great places to eat close by and easy access to Manhatton via the subway. We were travelling with two toddlers and the area is great for kids. The Brooklyn Children's museum was excellent. Thanks for a great place to stay, we will return!
