Everything was perfect! thank you for making us feel at home. House is perfect for a group of 12 or more, centrally located to Drive and discover Tuscany. We Celebrated our 50th Wedding anniversary with our children and Grandchildren a group of 6 adults 2 children and a baby. Accommodation for the Baby was perfect, they even have some toys for the kids, and Giulia made a arrangement for Chef Andrea to cook us a wonderful meal the day we arrive and have some groceries at the house. the house is fully equipped, with dishwasher and Washing machine. Marco greeted us and showed us how to get to the train station and supermarket. We love the house and are planning to go back. Thank You!! The Suarez-Jaramillo Families

We highly recommend this property and host. Enrico and Giulia were wonderful from the moment we booked. They assisted in arranging a chef and wine tour - both were fantastic - and were very responsive to any questions we had. The house is beautiful and easily fit our group of six, with two bedrooms unused. The kitchen is beautiful, as is the property. Gorgeous patios and trees. It was very easy to walk to Prato for pastries and espresso and to catch the train to Florence. While the house was comfortable and beautiful, our favorite part was how welcomed we felt by or hosts and their family.

The villa was outstanding and perfect for 4 couples. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped for us to enjoy cooking in, the home was spacious and the grounds wonderful for walking and picture taking. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Just a 15 min walk to the train station was a wonderful benefit and we walked to town for dinner most evenings.

We stayed at the villa for two weeks with our family and the experience was perfect in all details. The villa is amazing and exactly as shown in the photos. The property itself is big and beautiful, has a lot of olive oil, fruit and pine trees. It's a peace of heaven! The house is comfortable, well decorated, full equipped and has a beautiful view of Prato region. It is near to the train station and, if you have a car, it has easy access to the roads that connects all the Tuscany cities. Our decision to stay in Prato was perfect, once we did a car trip in the Tuscany region. Prato is near Firenze Airport and the city has all the services and facilities needed without mentioning the fact that Prato is a beautiful and charming city. Our staying there was perfect!!! Marco and Giulia were very present during all the time, even before our arrival. Giulia always answered our questions very quickly and helped us to clarify our doubts. Marco was also very helpful and was available all the time. We would like to thank them for the perfect and unforgettable trip we have had.

This villa was extraordinary! We were 2 couples in this big house but it was such a treat to come home to every evening. Upon arrival Giulia and Enrico greeted us and took us through a tour of the grounds and let us know what good restaurants were near us and in Prato. They were so quick with responses and actually helped us one night to find out about a traffic jam and then redirected us to an incredible local steak house. We cooked everyday - and we even hired a personal chef that Giulia recommended and it was incredible! The whole grounds are beautiful and if you would like to have a real Italian experience with family for a week or so I would highly recommend it. The grocery store Pam was very close ( I recommend you have a car while you stay here) and the kitchen has everything you need - they also had a lot of food in the refrigerator to eat - a bottle of wine to drink - they were such lovely and gracious hosts - I can't say enough good things about them or the space.

From the moment we arrived, Marco, Guilia and Enrico made us feel really welcome and that continued throughout the week. You get a very family-oriented feel from the house and we were very comfortable there for our 10-day stay. They shared links for all of the local amenities, which meant getting around was easy and every restaurant recommendation that Guilia made was excellent. Getting that local knowledge was important as some of the best restaurants wouldn't have been ones we'd have picked from the outside. The house itself was lovely. It's what we expected from a traditional villa. It has some quirks, so if you're very used to very modern, contemporary accommodation, then maybe this won't be right for you but we loved it. We didn't find too much in Prato itself but the property is well positioned to get to the beach, Florence or into Chianti and down to Siena, all only a short drive away. Overall, I'd recommend the villa and say a huge thanks to the family there, who made our stay so enjoyable.
