. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located area on the top floor (5th) . The views are majestic , the apartment is spacious and light. Tastefully decorated with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Wake up every morning with uninterrupted views of one of the worlds most famous wonders Table Mountain . We have also installed a UPS which allows for the WiFi to stay on when load shedding happens

The space
Clean and modern space.
This apartment is located on the periphery of the city in the very trendy East side of Cape Town. Recently renovated, you can expect fresh and exciting features and hand picked art and furnishings. The pool and gym are in the building a few meters away from your back door and your own safe parking with direct access to the lift .
Uncapped, free Wi-Fi will keep you connected and entertained in the apartment. The Smart TV can connect to your computer and is directly linked to the WIFI to enable you to access the internet and YouTube . Streaming is available but you would need to log in with your own account .
Situated in a perfect location with everything wonderful Cape Town has to offer!

NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING ALLOWED .

Guest access
Access is from the street through the apartment blocks main entrance, a 24 hour security entrance , security will require you to fill in your details and I will be there to welcome you. Once in the Square the foyer is on your left hand side through the glass doors. Entry to the apartment block can only be done with an entry disc. Very safe and convenient. Your safe and exclusive parking is in the building directly across the road and can only be done with remote control. Entry discs to the apartment and parking and remote control will be on your keys.

Other things to note
You have your own, safe parking space allocated in the building.
Please expect some noise as being in the city can be noisy.
The apartment is on the fifth floor with elevator or stair access. Many interesting coffee shops, restaurants a theatre and shops are in the area.

The apartment includes uncapped, free WiFi, parking , 24 hour security and doorman at the building entrance makes it safe and convenient. Unfortunately no more than two guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.

YOUR ELECTRICITY METER WILL BE LOADED WITH R300 . IF USED WISELY THIS SHOULD LAST 10-14 DAYS.
WE WILL ALSO INCLUDE ALL TOILET PAPER , SOAP AND ESSENTIALS FOR THE FIRST WEEK . THERE AFTER ALL THOSE GUESTS WHO BOOK FOR LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS WHERE THE HUGE DISCOUNTS APPLY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ELECTRICITY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THEIR TIME AT THE APARTMENT .
THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THOSE GUESTS WHO ARE BOOKED FOR SHORTER STAYS.
