Escape to the country and stay in Church Barn, an attractive, warm and cosy barn conversion, nestled in the tiny rural hamlet of Sutcombe.
The barn has been converted to the highest environmental standards and is completely Eco , running on 100% renewable resources .
Overlooking the village green , with its historic 12th Century Church its a real gem.
While away a few days enjoying the countryside and stunning coastline Devon and Cornwall have to offer.

The space
Church Barn is a delightful barn conversion. Separate kitchen with a new fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and microwave. The barn is suited both to families and couples alike, there is off road parking and a small garden area with a washing line. The barn has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The lounge/diner has a lovely new sofa with freeview T.V and DVD player. There is a bathroom with shower only. A cot and high chair is available for infants. WIFI Broadband internet provided and free to use.
The broadband is Fibre offering average download speeds of 67Mbps , with upload average speeds of 19Mbps.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Saturday to Saturday only window for booking .

Sutcombe, United Kingdom

The village is peaceful and family orientated with the old school now a park and play area. On the doorstep are several woodland walks, you can stretch your legs even further along the country lanes. The nearest beaches of Sandymouth and Crooklets are 30 minutes away by car in Bude, which also has several large supermarkets, and some lovely boutique shops and cafes. Art Brew Barn, a quirky Micro Brewery is 15 minutes walk away. The neighbouring village of Bradworthy has a traditional village pub and a lovely cafe, post office and two shops. Just outside of the village is Bradworthy Moor. Enjoy homemade cakes at Blackberry Farm, 5 minutes away in Milton Damerel.
Dartmoor, The Eden Project, Port Issac, Tintagel and Boscastle are all under an hour away. RHS Rosemoor and the children's attractions of the Big Sheep and The Milky Way are 30 minutes drive, and close by you will find Tamar Lakes where you can fish and try your hand at sailing. The area is great for cycling, walking and watersports if you are feeling energetic. All of this and more making Church Barn the perfect central base for exploring Devon and Cornwall.
