The Ellington Court Apartment is a superb, spacious and chic apartment which has been subject to a full makeover. With accents in blue it is a refreshing, modern space laid out on one floor making it ideal for guests with some limited mobility or else families who appreciate an easy layout. It is a ground floor apartment with its own allocated parking space immediately outside the apartment . 1 dog is accepted on request not to be left alone.

The space
The apartment features tiled flooring throughout and has a wonderfully contemporary feel.

There is a fantastic living room with dual aspect windows and with two sofas plus a large armchair and large SMART TV so up to 4 people will be able to spread out and relax in great comfort. Free WIFI is included. Download Speed up to: 67.0 Mb/s and Upload Speed: up to 18.0 Mb/s.

Leading from the living room is the dining room area which is adjacent to the kitchen. Here there is a large dining table with six chairs. This space can also double up as an area for working for those guests who do need to do some work while they are away.

The kitchen is lovely and modern and has all the appliances that you would expect of a smart and quality holiday rental.

There are two bedrooms both of which have ensuite bathrooms with a shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom One has a king sized bed (UK size 5 foot width) and has plenty of storage and hanging space. Like the second bedroom it has a flat screen TV. The second bedroom itself has a Super King bed that can be converted to Twin Beds (on Request) and it too features plenty of storage and hanging space.

For the convenience and comfort of guests the apartment also has a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin.

Outside there are communal gardens at the rear of the property with some stunning coastal views. Parent s are requested that children should not be left unattended in this area.

As mentioned, the parking space for the apartment is immediately outside and is accessed via secure electric gates.

Guest access
Guests have the apartment fully to themselves and it has its own entrance away from the entrance to the main building. Outside, there is an allocated parking space as well as communal gardens to the rear.

Other things to note
The gardens are shared with other residents and are located at the bottom of the car park.

Neighbourhood highlights

St Luke's is a neighbourhood that has seen massive change over the last 20 years and is now a highly desirable neighbourhood of up market apartments, well preserved villas and the occasional small hotel. It is a hilly area and whilst it is an easy seven or eight minute walk down to the seafront it may take a little longer walking back.

Close by is the Abbey Sands Development with a whole host of cafes bars and restaurants.

From 2004 until March 2016 we ran a multi award winning hotel in Torquay. In 2012 we also set up a holiday lettings business and have developed that business ever since. We took over the Muntham Apartments in April 2016 and have embarked upon a massive programme of improvement and refurbishment. Our passion is for high quality accommodation that is affordable. We also manage a couple of lovely holiday properties on behalf of its owners.
