A beautiful cottage, which retains it's privacy whilst having the benefit of being located on the serene and private 63 acre Little Massingham Manor estate. on the estate you can enjoy walks, a children's play area, Outdoor gym equipment and more. A great base to explore Houghton Hall (≈3 km), Sandringham Estate (≈11 km), and Castle Acre Priory (≈10 km), with the North Norfolk coast a scenic drive away. Meadows, woodland, local pubs and walks on your doorstep.
The space
The property has two large bedrooms (one of which is ensuite), made up as king sized beds. There is a third bathroom with adult sized bunkbeds in. There is a separate bathroom with shower and bath.
The wood-fired hot tub is an absolute treat, looking out onto the glorious Norfolk countryside. To complete the cosiness, bathrobes and slippers are provided for guests to use.
The dedicated work space, set up with desk and ergonomic chair, is found between the bedrooms.
Beautifully renovated throughout with modern bathrooms and kitchen. All located on one ground floor.
The cottage is situated in the private grounds of Little Massingham Manor, with 63 acres of private woodland, gardens and meadows to explore.
There is an EV charger available to charge your car (payable).
Little Massingham Manor is nestled between the award winning Dabbling Duck in Great Massingham, and the Rose and Crown in Harpley. Both minutes away.
Houghton Hall and it’s wonderful art exhibitions is a couple of minutes drive away. Sandringham and Fakenham are around 10 minutes away, and the stunning North Norfolk coast is around 20 minutes drive.
Guest access
The cottage is accessed via it's own private gravel drive. Lots of parking space. There is an EV charger available to charge your car (payable).
Guests will have access to the entire cottage and hot tub. Guests will also have access to wander the grounds of Little Massingham Manor.
Other things to note
Manor Cottage is located with in Little Massingham Manor 63 acre estate in which you are more than welcome to explore, on site we have small children's play area and outdoor Gym equipment, every Monday (except bank Holidays) we have open a coffee shop in the Garden room between 10:00 - 13:00.
We have an incredible woodland spa on the estate, which all our guests can hire at a discounted rate. It is hired on a private session basis.
A number of practitioners are based on the estate and offer a variety of health and wellbeing services for you to treat yourself to - massage/facial treatments/personal training/yoga/pilates etc.

We have loved visiting North Norfolk for over 20 years. What started as visiting friends and enjoying the stunning North Norfolk coastline, has evolved into us spending as much time as we can with our young children in the area. Watching them grow up on some of the most beautiful beaches in the UK, whilst ourselves enjoying the picturesque villages and superb restaurants and pubs in the area, and wonderful accommodation, has been an absolute joy.
Norfolk Bound has emanated out of our desire to help others enjoy a similar special experience of North Norfolk, and return home invigorated and with cherished memories. North Norfolk more than ever, really has something to offer for everyone.
