Our home is a beautifully maintained Colonial home with a combination of modern elements and traditional Colonial style. Casa Cascada is perfectly located one block from restaurants and cafes and 3 block from the central park.
Casa Cascada is a beautifully maintained home with a combination of colonial and modern design. A bright, spacious and airy home with 3 large private bedrooms, each with their own air conditioner unit. As well, each bedroom has its own modern 3 piece bathroom. Casa Cascada offers a lovely large courtyard with a pool, gardens, and a cascading waterfall for your relaxation and enjoyment. It is equally beautiful at night, transformed into a magical lit haven where you can lounge underneath the stars and be soothed by the trickling sound of the waterfall. The living area is also fully enclosed and separated from the courtyard by a wall of panoramic doors which allows you to enjoy the outdoors while lounging in the living room, or enjoying a meal in the dining area.
You will get access to the entire home and it's amenities,including the pool, kitchen, dining room, high speed WiFi, Cable, air condition and international phone calls to North America free of charge.

Other things to note
We updated with new furniture, new kitchen appliances, and a major addition of a panoramic enclosure dividing the living area from the open courtyard.
Smoking only allowed in the courtyard.
No more than 6 guests without express permission.
No parties or loud events.
Additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged only if the house requires excessive cleaning beyond the norm after guests check-out
Check-in is at 2:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 pm. Late check outs must be approved by the owner. As well, please note that there is a $30 fee for late check-in after 6:00 pm.
Please be conscientious about the electricity as it is very expensive in Nicaragua. Please turn off all air condition, fans and lights when you are not in the house. Please be considerate and environmentally conscience.
Please report any breakage so that we can replace any items for future guests.
I am a professional recruiter working for a Government funded employment program for the province of Ontario. I am a Canadian Nicaraguan and have lived most of my life in Toronto Canada where
I met my wife. We enjoy travelling to different parts of the world, meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. Music is a big part of our lives as my wife is a pianist. We also love to dance , cook, we love the outdoors, and I enjoy painting in my free time. Life has brought us many adventures and we look forward to embracing many more.
