This house features 1 king and 2 queen bed sets, high quality couches for an extra guest, a 55-inch TV with Netflix access, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and new furniture and mattresses for great rest! The garage can fit two cars, and street parking is free.

The space
Quiet Comfort has 3 bedrooms that are furnished with everything you will need. The master has a king, while the other two bedrooms have queens with brand new and super comfortable mattresses. You will love sleeping here.

Both bathrooms have all the towels that you will need for your stay, which are located on the bed upon arrival. The front and master bathroom have a tub shower combo. Toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash is available for all guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay including a microwave, stove, oven, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker. A dining room table sits just outside the kitchen to enjoy home cooked meals or easy take out.

The living room contains two comfy sofas that can also double as extra beds for two people. These are brand new and are super comfortable. This area also contains a 55" Roku enabled TV with Netflix access already set up. The Wi-Fi in this property is quick and will handle all your streaming needs. We do not provide cable, but feel free to login to your TV provider account for access.

The backyard of this property is fenced in with fresh sod to enjoy the West Texas sunsets.

Garage is accessible for guests and can fit two vehicles.

During your stay

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!
