The space
Approximately 325 sq. ft inside and an additional 170 sq ft private patio. Located in a desirable and quiet neighborhood. You can park directly in front of your private guest entrance. Just follow the stone walk way to the gate. Enter the living room and make yourself at home. Snacks, games, toiletries provided for your enjoyment during your stay.

Guest access
You will have full access to your own private guest suite with living room, bedroom, deluxe bathroom, and patio. Hosts have a separate entrance on the opposite side of the home.

Your hosts are Dave & Lizette. Lizette is a local Realtor with LPT Realty, Inc and Dave is a techy IT guy. We love to share recommendations for foodies or fun things to do in and around the area.

If you have any special requests please don't hesitate to ask. We will have water, snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate available for your enjoyment. If you forget something, no problem, we may have something on hand to help out.
