Teal Sky welcomes retreats/friends/family gatherings. This newer 2020 sq ft home is an elegant yet quaint setting for your stayover plans. Prepare a meal in the bright kitchen, dine overlooking the pastoral property, hike the 400-ft forest path to the river and relax. Guests enjoy golf/kayaking/biking in the area. I always correspond before accepting booking requests. Sorry, no pets. Please read the amenities/house policies pages. After two guests, an extra fee applies per night, per person.

The space
Surrounded by 64 acres of seasonal wildflower meadows, groves of hardwood trees (lovely in winter), forests and a small meandering river to the north, this 2022-built, wood-infused home has three spacious bedrooms with five new double beds and a queen-sized one. The open-concept, vaulted-ceiling living and dining area can be opened or shut from the pretty kitchen. There are two large, full washrooms, one upstairs and another on the ground floor...Note, pets are not accommodated and sobriety is requested on the property. Please read further notes.

Guest access
Your group will have access to the entire 2020 sq. ft. home and walking area on the land. You may stroll on the lovely lane and when the snow melts down the 400 ft. nature path to the river (directly behind the house). You may want to bike country roads or kayak on our local waterways. Teal Sky is lovely on sunny days with the brilliance of sunlight warming rooms while the world outside may be brisk and inviting. If severe storms are pending, you have the option to cancel your booking days before arrival with a full refund. Please message me with details about your plan to stay.

Other things to note
Please bring your own bath towels unless it is an inconvenience (all other essentials are provided). There will be a pile of branches beside the firepit. Do not use the stacked firewood (I will let you know if there is a fire ban). Please remove your shoes at the door and carry your luggage. Pets are not accommodated, and sobriety is requested on the property. Be prepared to correspond before I accept your booking request. Please avoid inviting people who aren't staying overnight to socialize on the property. There is a set fee for two guests per night, and a less expensive additional fee per guest per night.
