Chikako and Patrick are the greatest hosts ever. The house is exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts Chikako prepared for us daily, with fresh fruit, omelets, French toast, crepes, smoothies, coffee and tea. Everything was delicious and fresh. The location is perfect for visiting San Francisco. A 3 minute drive to the ferry and 20 minute ferry ride to San Francisco. We enjoyed coming home to the peace and quite of Alameda after a day of walking around and site seeing in San Francisco. I highly recommend staying at C & P's when visiting this area. You will not be disappointed and will love it as much as we did. Guaranteed.

This was my first experience with Airbnb, and have to say, the stay with Patrick&Chikako was great. The hosts are very welcoming & warm-hearted. The house is definitely clean, quiet and comfortable. Especially, the breakfasts were wonderful - delicious & nutritious. I had this trip with my wife and two sons, 7 and 10 years old, repectively. On the first night upon we arrived in the states, my elder son had a serious stomachache, which made my wife and I very anxious. Chikako speically prepared congee which helped my son to get well quickly. We are really grateful to Patrick & Chikako's warm hospitality during our stay there.

Patrick and Chikako were very welcoming and made us feel at home. It was a perfect place to stay for a group of friends who were eager to spend time together to catch up on life. The home is beautiful and Chikako's wonderful art adds a flare to the immaculate space. And the breakfast is a warm, delicious and delightful experience in itself!
