Anne was super responsive and provided really detailed information about where the flat is located, how to get there, etc. She always responded within hours, if not minutes, so I was never waiting around for a reply. She left the key in a shop near the flat so I was free to explore the city during the day and pick it up at my convenience. She left a note in the apartment with the wifi information and other useful information about the place as well as some towels for me which was nice.
The flat is in a cool neighborhood with lots of different cultures, flavors, people. I've mostly lived in large, metropolitan cities so it was like home to me but perhaps if you're not used to urban dwelling it might be a little too alternative for your liking, but I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. Easy to get to from central city by bus or train, and a great assortment of different restaurants (Middle Eastern, Vietnamese, Korean, and so forth) within walking distance. It is located near a park with skateboarding ramps, playground equipment, swings, and the like - which was great for people watching and enjoying your morning coffee, but it did get pretty noisy at night with the activity in the park, and the walls of the building aren't the thickest so I could often hear neighbors chatting and moving about -- so I'd suggest bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
The flat itself had everything I needed. Though there isn't a full bathroom - there is a toilet and the shower is in the bedroom so that's a bit different. Other than that, what you see is what you get. If you have a lot of luggage with you, just be aware that the flat is on the top floor with no lift, so be prepared to hike up a few flights of stairs with your things. :)
Overall, I had a lovely time in Copenhagen and was content staying at Anne's apartment. I might try a different neighborhood the next time I visit as there are so many unique areas in the city but if you're looking for a fun, urban locale - this is the place for you.
