I am originally from Iowa, but can be found in Florida quite frequently. My husband and I, along with our family, own and manage properties in both states.

We love to spend time with family, especially our young grandsons. We also enjoy traveling, playing with our “pack” of canine companions and recreating outdoors.

Having previously been in a large “corporate” environment, I traveled extensively for many years and have personally spent well over a thousand nights in hotels rooms throughout the world. I know first hand how generic and cold they are. We are thrilled to offer accommodations which are more comfortable, warm, personal and relaxing than a hotel can provide.

Our AirBnB in Waverly, IA is the most recent addition to our AirBnB properties. As with all of our AirBnBs, major renovations have recently been completed and we are excited to offer another beautiful property as an option to the AirBnB community.

We have put a great deal of effort and consideration into all of our AirBnBs. It is super important to us that we provide our guests with the best possible experience and we strive very hard to insure every guest has a 5 star stay.
