You’ll love the amazing views and close proximity to Cannon Mt and miles of AMC trails for winter hiking. Cross country ski and snowshoe right out the front door. It's quiet, relaxing and breathtakingly beautiful on a clear day. 6 miles to Cannon Mt and 20 miles to either Loon Mt or Bretton Woods. Ski Hearth Farm Touring center is just 3 miles away and so is The Franconia Inn Nordic Center. This unique listing is good for couples, solo adventurers, and their furry friends (dogs-no cats please)

The space
The living space is comfortable and very cozy. It is a small, renovated section of a post and beam barn built in the 1800s. There is a large and fully furnished kitchen with a 6 burner Garland stove and a beautiful Butternut central island / counter downstairs. The bath and shower are also on the first floor with a small laundry/pantry room. Upstairs is the compact loft bedroom with a very comfy queen size pillow top bed, reclining love seat sitting area and TV "nook". There is Wi-fi access and Roku as well. My Apothecary and office are adjacent to the space but are completely separate and private. A large front deck for sitting out on nice days.

Where you’ll be

Sugar Hill, New Hampshire, United States

The neighborhood is very rural, friendly and safe. It's quiet and serene and a great place to escape from the noise and hustle of city life. The stars are amazing at night! Wild turkeys and deer are frequent visitors. Polly's Pancake Parlor is less than a mile down the road and is highly recommended for breakfast or lunch. You'll find a list of some of our favorite dinner restaurants at the house.
