This simple but elegant 2 bedroom flat is located right in the center of Falmouth with parking for one car. It is a stones throw away from Event's Square, the harbor, fantastic restaurants and only a 10 min walk to the stunning Gyllyngvase beach.

The building is Grade 2 listed and used to be used as the Admiralty building in the 1800's, there is not another building like it.
The flat can sleep 4 people with 2 medium sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other is a twin. With a big light unique living and dining area which has original sash windows with wooden slats. The bathroom has a bath and shower attachment. Out of the wooden French doors to the rear is a south facing patio with red brick walls. This is a nice spot to enjoy meals outside, cook on the BBQ and relax with the sounds from an old coastal town. The kitchen is large and well equipped for all your cooking needs. It has a new oven and dishwasher. The flat benefits from an Eco friendly heating system recently installed.

The whole flat will be available to the guests and one designated car park space outside the flat. If your traveling by train it's only a 5min walk from the Town Station.
Interaction with guests
Myself or my partner Emily will be there to greet the guests, hand over the keys and answer any questions they may have, if we can not make it the keys will be in the master key safe at the front door.
Other things to note
There is a Tesco Extra only a 2 min walk away at Events Square or for a big shop there is an Asda and Sainsburys on the main roads leading in to Falmouth.
Wi-fi is free. There is a digital T.V and DVD player available. Plus a small collection of DVDs and books. Only one set of keys will be granted to the guests. Please feel free to take advantage of the new gas BBQ!
Please leave the flat tidy and respect the needs of the neighboring tenants of the other flats in the building by keeping noise down after 10 pm no parties please, most are permanent residents. No smoking inside the flat and no pets allowed.
Please clean the bbq after every use.
Bin bags must be taken out the front entrance and carried around to the back gate and put inside the wheelie bin in the courtyard . The wheelie bin must be put at the end of the driveway on Monday nights ready for collection Tuesday morning . DO NOT PUT LOOSE BIN BAGS OUT, THEY WILL VE TORN APART BY SEAGULLS!
